Today and Friday looks like the first two days when weather conditions are compatible with spraying your organic insect control for aphids, tent caterpillars, mites and scale to bushes & trees.

Use Dormant or Volck Oil, or household Canola Oil.
Use 3 tablespoon/gallon setting and drench your shrubs until dripping, 
starting at the top and working your way down. Complete coverage is important to hit any hidden insect eggs in crevices of branches or stems.
